Peppa is treated as part of the family at Lornewood and we appreciate the effort and solid communication that the team put in. They are always happy to listen and offer advice or suggestions where needed. It is sometimes hard to know if you have done the right thing by leaving your family member with others but knowing Peppa is in trusted hands from those that treat him like part of their extended family is a great feeling. Friday is the best day of the week when he comes home freshly washed and brushed and tired from playing with the other dogs at daycare. If I could give Lornewood Kennels a 10 out of a 5 star rating I would. Gus has previously been a very anxious retriever staying in kennels, however since staying with Lornewood throughout the last year, he is a different dog. No anxiety and he is always so happy to go and stay! The team at Lornewood are incredibly caring and bend over backwards to keep the animals, and the owners happy and so well cared for. It means we can go away feeling confident and relaxed knowing he is in the best place. Jade and team are amazing.

Chris, Jade and the team are amazing with our energetic, lovable Max. They are always accommodating - sometimes at short notice. We know he is in good caring hands when we leave him at the kennels. Max enjoys his time so much he sleeps a lot when he returns home. Exhausted from all the social interaction with his friends!!

Huge thanks to the Lornewood team. It was so good knowing we could go away and have our little holidays knowing Miss Rosie and Miss Suzie are safe and being cared for properly. Being able to make the break from Miss Suzie for the first time in 5 -1/2 years, knowing how dependant she is on me was so stressful but finally I did it thanks to you. Jade and the team took such great care of our beloved family pet Lexi for 6 weeks. Lexi had never stayed in a cattery before and we were worried about how she would cope, but she has come home very happy and cuddly and looking in beautiful condition. I cannot recommend Lornewood kennels highly enough. We needed daycare for our dog at very short notice due to our son being in hospital. They did everything to accommodate our needs including opening early so we could drop our dog off in the morning – what an incredible service! We need more people like this in the world.
